في ليلة من ليالي الوفاء احتفل منسوبوا مركز مرور قصيباء بترقية مديرهم الرائد / منصور بن محمد الوسوس
صادف الإربعاء الموافق 1432/1/12هـ
وتخلل هذا التكريم قصائد وتكريم بالمحتفى به
بعدها تناول الجميع طعام العشاء المُعدّ بهذه المناسبة
